Rehab of nineteen one- and two-story buildings containing a total of 150 apartments on approximately four acres of land. Work included removal and replacement of existing siding, doors and windows, decks, walkways, stairways and elevators. The interior work included all new kitchen cabinets and floors - and the painting of all units. Numerous bathrooms and bath vanities were also replaced. |
