HUD 811 project consisting of 12 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments for people with developmental disabilities who are able to live independently. In addition to the units, the building will have management offices, laundry facilities and a multi-purpose room.
Funding for the project comes from the housing department as well as state, county and city programs.
