The Rohlffs Manor Senior Living Community project in Napa, CA consists of two separate projects – Rohlffs Concordia Manor and Rohlffs Manor III. Both projects consist of major rehabilitation to an existing senior housing facility. Rohlffs Concordia Manor work involves converting existing assisted living quarters to non-assisted living quarters — including the installation of new kitchens in existing assisted living units to enable tenants to live in an independent living situation. The project also involves converting existing units to ADA standards. Major remodeling of community areas (i.e., recreation room, laundry, etc.) is taking place. Rohlffs Manor III consists of ADA site work, new roofing, painting, new retrofit windows, and additional ADA upgrades. New fire alarms and nurse call systems are being installed at both projects. Work is taking place while project is occupied. |
