DESCRIPTION Renovation of a 7-story, 84-unit residential hotel in downtown Oakland. Work included new interior finishes, replacement of existing windows with new wood windows, and modification of three offices. Work also included new mechanical ventilation and a new hydronic heating system. Building remained occupied during construction while work was performed in phases, one floor at a time.
