The Villa Springs Apartment Renovation project consisted of rehabilitation of 66 units at six separate buildings. Work included complete siding removal and replacement, seismic upgrades, new windows, and replacement of existing balcony railings. Site work included handicap accessible paths, new concrete courtyard, trash enclosure, and site furnishings.
