Shane brings extensive experience managing complex commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area, including corporate tenant improvements, laboratory buildouts, and high-end hospitality spaces. Known for his proactive leadership, financial accountability, and strong client relationships, he excels at identifying opportunities, managing risk, and delivering projects ahead of schedule and within budget.

As a D+H Project Manager, Shane oversees all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication. Working closely with owners, consultants, field teams, and leadership, he drives project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and successful project outcomes.
