A D+H Construction Superintendent is someone who provides on-site supervision and technical management for multi-family projects. Responsibilities inlcude:
- Project Oversight + Site Coordination
- Schedule Management + Documentation
- Quality Control + Safety
- Technical + Administrative Tasks
- Team Leadership + Communication
The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to managing complex projects and be personable, proactive, and organized. You will have:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience; experience at a general contractor preferred.
- A comprehensive knowledge of construction systems, materials, procurement processes, code compliance, critical path scheduling, and safety measures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Strong and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
- Mastery of MS Project and the MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with occupied rehabs is a plus
- Experience with Procore construction management software is a plus.
Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work at and visit job sites on a regular basis. Familiarity with local construction markets and contractors is a plus. No relocation assistance will be offered. This position does not offer remote or work from home opportunities.
