125 Mason is an 81-unit affordable housing community in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The planned renovation focuses on preserving long-term affordable housing through critical building system upgrades, accessibility improvements, and sustainability initiatives. The project includes evaluation of building electrification strategies, including the conversion of gas-fired boilers for space heating and domestic hot water to electric systems.
