The rehab of this complex included the addition of a new Community Building, complete with an internet-connected computer lab. The upgrades offer a community room and kitchenette, outdoor covered and uncovered gathering spaces, and new management and services offices.

The units received interior upgrades, new roofs, and better accessibility. Exterior work included landscape improvements with tot-lots and play areas.
