This comprehensive rehabilitation project modernized 206 residential units, including 193 standard units and 13 ADA-compliant units, along with upgrades to two community common areas. The property serves a diverse population, including low-income families, seniors, and formerly homeless individuals, and the improvements were designed to enhance long-term safety, comfort, and accessibility while preserving affordable housing.
Within the residential units, significant upgrades were completed, including installation of new bathroom fans, range hoods, electrical sub-panels, and fresh air ventilation systems. The two common areas underwent extensive layout redesigns to improve functionality and resident use, along with comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades. Property-wide improvements included installation of new built-up roofing systems and gutters, repaving of concrete pathways to meet accessibility slope requirements, and site enhancements such as landscaping upgrades, new trash enclosures, and the addition of ADA-compliant parking stalls.
