Kerner Apartments

Repurposing of existing office space into a 41-unit residential apartment building with studios, one-bedroom units, and a manager’s unit. The common areas include exterior usable space, landscaped areas, two-level parking garage, and additional onsite parking. This is an adaptive reuse project that is focused on providing permanent supportive housing and services for households with mental illness who are experiencing homelessness or have experienced homelessness in the past.
