Interior work included HVAC upgrades at all units and common areas, new plumbing and light fixtures throughout, and new flooring and paint at all common areas. Common area ADA upgrades included a new community kitchen, ADA restrooms, ADA parking and path of travel improvements. The boiler system was completely replaced along with a new solar thermal system. The elevator equipment was replaced, relocated, and the elevator cab was modernized.
Exterior work included paint, deck coating, new windows and sliding glass doors, new roof, and extensive dry rot repairs.
