The project included the addition of nine bedrooms, five bathrooms (some ADA-accessible), a kitchen, completely new HVAC, fire sprinklers, electrical, and alarm. A complete rebuild of the elevator was required to extend to the third floor, along with a stand-alone, three story steel and concrete stairway.
