Rotary Plaza

The project included seismic retrofit throughout using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), complete interior renovation of units as well as common areas, reconfiguration of spaces, conversion of standard units to ADA units, and construction of new commercial café. Other work included complete replacement of existing hydronic baseboard system to new fan coil system, and new single membrane roof.

Site work included partial repavement of the parking lot and ADA access from the parking lot to the buildings. A new photovoltaic system was added at each building.
