The project consisted of renovating 144 SRO units, conversion of 16 units to accessible units, updating all common areas, modernization of both elevators, addition of trash chutes, and demolition of the ground floor for new community spaces and management offices.

Exterior work consisted of paint and adding a GFRC accent band around the entire building.
