Originally built to provide long-term housing for low-income families and individuals, the property is undergoing a targeted rehabilitation to maintain safety, improve accessibility, and refresh shared spaces.

Scope Highlights:

  • Building safety & accessibility: Remove an outdated building inspector’s lift and install a new ADA-compliant wheelchair lift

  • Courtyard improvements: Renovate and landscape shared outdoor spaces to improve accessibility and resident experience

  • Infrastructure upgrades: Replace the private sewer lateral (PSL) and address other essential building systems repairs
