Don brings more than 50 years of construction experience to D+H Construction, with a career spanning residential, multifamily, and podium-style projects across California. As a Superintendent, Don has led projects from foundation through delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and inspections, and ensuring quality and safety at every stage. He is highly skilled in plan review, punch lists, RFIs, and field coordination, with hands-on experience in seismic retrofits, demolition, underground work, and contaminated soils. Known for his steady leadership and deep trade knowledge, Don plays a key role in delivering complex projects successfully in the field.

As Superintendent at D+H, he oversees all construction activity on the jobsite, and manages correspondence with clients, design team, subcontractors, and building officials on all items pertaining to the site and construction progress. Don is responsible for implementing and maintaining practices that lead to an exceptionally high level of safety and quality of work standards.
