Kristina brings nearly a decade of construction experience, progressing from administrative support to project management through her dedication to process, organization, and client service. Before joining D+H, she managed documentation, submittals, permitting, and subcontractor coordination for a variety of multifamily and commercial projects in the Bay Area.
As a D+H Project Manager, Kristina oversees all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication. Working closely with owners, consultants, field teams, and leadership, this role drives project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and successful project outcomes.
