Interior renovations included new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, electrical upgrades, and elevator modernization, along with common area renovations and new ADA units. In addition, a new fire sprinkler system was installed throughout the building.

Exterior work included all new windows, new roofing, ADA site work at entry, expansion of the first floor lobby, and landscape work.

This project required a phased on-site relocation. It was renovated under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which allowed for a voluntary, permanent conversion of public housing to privately-owned, permanently affordable housing.
