Ellis Gardens

This interior renovation project included the creation of five new mobility units and renovation of the entire ground floor, with a 2,400 square foot addition. Existing units got new kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, as well as electrical upgrades. Elevator modernizations and the addition of a new fire sprinkler/alarm system completed the project.

Exterior work included demolition of the entire north and south elevations, reinforcing of existing framing, installation of a new fiber cement board rain screen system, new windows, new roofing, and new site work for mobility compliance.

This project required a phased on-site relocation.
