Magnolia Terrace

The project included new foundations, the extension of the existing hip roof, new roofing, restoration of the building facades, and the addition of new front and side entry porches.

Site work included new landscaping and a new ADA concrete walkway. The project included all new utilities run to site. A new photovoltaic system was installed to assist the electrical demands. This was a green project.
