Ridge View Commons

Ridge View Commons is a senior residential community comprised of 200 one- and two-bedroom units across seven buildings, including six residential buildings and a standalone community building with resident amenities such as a commercial kitchen, dining area, and shared outdoor spaces. The community serves adults aged 62 and over and features landscaped courtyards and surface parking for residents.

Constructed in 1989, Ridge View Commons underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation to enhance resident comfort, safety, and accessibility. The project included complete ADA upgrades for 20 units, replacement of windows and exterior finishes, new bathroom fans, PTAC heating and cooling systems, and installation of new appliances. Extensive site improvements were completed, such as accessible pathways, parking lot refinishing, exterior lighting upgrades, and dry rot repairs including new balconies and decks. Additional work included a new fire alarm system, updated community spaces, offices, and dining facilities, and the installation of new site mailboxes and access control features.

This holistic renovation ensured Ridge View Commons continues to provide a vibrant, accessible, and welcoming environment for its residents well into the future.
