The project consisted of seismic retrofit throughout using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), complete window and storefront replacement, lobby remodels, new accessible bathrooms, new landscape design, ADA elevator upgrades, and complete exterior coating, and new solar thermal system, as well as interior common area work.
This project was part of the Satellite 2-6 Scattered Sites project.
