Sparks Way Commons

Renovation of 19 occupied buildings consisting of 45 units. The scope of work includes full interior upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallways with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and paint. Exterior improvements feature new windows, roofs, gutters, downspouts, stucco siding, exterior paint, and upgraded lighting fixtures.

Sitework upgrades encompass parking areas, concrete walkways, sidewalks, asphalt paving, storm drains, site sewer, wood fencing, and accessible path-of-travel improvements, as well as enhanced street and site lighting for safety and usability.
