Taz is a seasoned estimator delivering accurate, detailed cost estimates for a wide range of project types. His background includes estimating roles at top Bay Area firms where he produced conceptual budgets, GMP estimates, and negotiated bid proposals for large-scale developments such as Chinatown TOD, Sunnydale Blocks 7 and 9, and multiple public school modernization projects. His early career in project engineering provided him with a practical, field-informed understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

At D+H, Taz supports the preconstruction and estimating team by preparing detailed cost analyses, evaluating design documents for scope clarity, coordinating with subcontractors, and helping develop pricing strategies that align with client goals and project constraints. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to budgeting, strong market awareness, and clear communication—ensuring our teams and clients have reliable information to make informed decisions early in the project lifecycle.
